So, I want to re-sync the pictures to the google photos so that I have the updated version. Is theres any chance for me to do that WITHOUT THE GOOGLE PHOTO APP deleting the (original) pictures on my phone? It has been driving me crazy. My connection is fine. I have not had a problem until now. Last night I downloaded a few files, I'm not sure if that might have something to do with the problem? It then uploaded all of my pictures from the SD card again, so every picture is duplicated now. If I check the information in the photos app then all is the same for those pictures except the storage loction and for the first uploaded picture it's now offered to save to device. To prevent this from happening I tried to deactivate sync for SD.
