Fury string and cat whiskers on mine. think my arrow is 550gr, maybe more. bow seems more quiet then my arrows and shooting great.

After putting on Sims Limbsavers and cat whiskers then loop side adhesive Velcro on the limb ends where the string contacted the limbs did a lot to get me to hunting quiet but adding loop side adhesive Velcro to the limb butts where it meets the riser helped big time. On my Exocet 200 I have an STS with a 36 strand Xcel string with cat whiskers like the one Wyvern has reported on and it's really quiet for a crossbow. A buddy of mine with the same set up shot a whitetail at 20 yards and he said he could hear the thump of the arrow. Like Quiet Cat, they advertise with TV hunting shows and that provides name recognition and allows them to jack up the prices, but doesn't mean they are superior.

If I was going to buy a new one today, I would look serious at Bakcou or some of the lesser known brands in hunting circles. I'll take three please. My wife and I both own e bikes for off road use.
